Shipping policy

HEAVENPRIME GROUP INC ships orders only within the United States. All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day.

 

Standard delivery time is usually 3–7 business days. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unexpected situations. We use trusted U.S. carriers, and once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

 

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time and will be shown during checkout.

 

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or shows issues in tracking, please contact us within 7 days. We may request photos or documentation to complete the investigation. We work with the carrier to resolve lost or damaged shipments, but we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
